Rebecca brings to Moxie a wealth of expertise in managing high growth technology companies. Prior to this role at Moxie, Rebecca was the CEO of Tealeaf where she grew the company, even through the economic downturn, delivering innovative customer experience management (CEM) solutions.
Prior to joining Tealeaf, a Foundation Capital company, Rebecca served as group president of engineering, marketing, and product development at Digex, a publicly traded company. Before Digex, Rebecca worked for BBN/GTE Internetworking, where she held the position of vice president of product management and engineering. Rebecca started her career at Xerox. She holds Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, a Master of Computer Science degree from Boston University and is also a graduate from the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Executive Business Management Program.
Sparky brings to Moxie more than 20 years of business and management experience in creating and growing successful organizations. Sparky joined Moxie after serving as VP Operations at Tealeaf where he was responsible for global operations including finance and business administration, professional services and support.
Prior to Tealeaf Sparky was VP of Client Management for Ask Jeeves’ Business Solutions, where he was responsible for 80 global corporate clients and built a client relations organization that generated $24 million in revenue. Before joining Ask Jeeves, Sparky was the Director of Consumer Relations at Iomega Corporation, where he managed a $35 million business unit and 100 employees. Sparky also has nine years of experience at Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, where he helped build the San Francisco and Charlotte consulting practices and managed large-scale client consulting engagements for clients such as Amdahl, Applied Materials, Cisco Systems, Guilford Mills, Iomega, Sara Lee, and Sun Microsystems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Andrew joined Moxie in March, 2013 as VP and General Manager, EMEA, to grow Moxie’s business in International markets. Andrew has more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, developing and executing upon high growth strategies for technology companies in Europe and Africa.
Prior to joining Moxie, Andrew served for 10 years as Senior Vice President International, at eGain where he successfully grew revenues across the region with offices in 7 European countries. Before that Andrew served with Knowledge Management solutions provider, Inference, for 5 years where he held several European leadership positions. Andrew has worked in the field of web customer service and knowledge management for over 15 years and has contributed to many thought leadership pieces within the EMEA contact centre market. Andrew also brings to Moxie significant experience of building partner channels in the European market place.
Prior to Inference Andrew’s early career in IT was spent with systems integrator and services provider, ICL (now Fujitsu). He is based in London.
David Boyer is Senior Vice President of product development at Moxie and has more than 20 years of technology expertise in delivering products that meet market and customers’ expectations. In this role, he will lead the product vision and strategy for Moxie, the most comprehensive suite of customer and employee facing applications, including knowledge as a core part of the product offering. David brings a wealth of knowledge to Moxie and has a long history in technology and product development, leading several teams — most recently at BroadVision — where he was responsible for development and support of all product lines, including Portal, Commerce and the Enterprise Collaboration Platform. David holds a Master of Sciences degree from Indiana University.
Nikhil Govindaraj is Vice President of Products at Moxie. In this role Nikhil is responsible for all aspects of product management, product design and strategy. Nikhil brings to Moxie more than 15 years of experience in CRM, enterprise collaboration and multi-channel contact centers. Nikhil joined Moxie, then Talisma, in 2000 and has served in several key roles within the organization including program management, sales engineering and product management. Nikhil earned his MBA in Systems and Marketing from Symbiosis, India.
Tara brings over 15 years of business experience as a customer operations and marketing professional in the enterprise software industry. In her role with Moxie, Tara is responsible for delivering corporate communications and marketing programs to positively impact the company’s market presence, revenue achievement, and profitability.
Prior to joining Moxie, Tara served as Director of Worldwide Customer Operations, Alliance Management, and Web Marketing at Talisma Corporation. Here she was responsible for the company’s customer experience, partner development, and Web presence. Prior to her work at Talisma, Tara was responsible for Customer and Sales Operations at eAssist Global Solutions where she provided enterprise-wide development and support for critical sales and marketing functions. Additionally, Tara managed several key retail accounts including Deal Time, Esprit, and Estee Lauder as Account Director of Web marketing companies Epidemic Marketing and Double-Click.
