Moxie has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the U.S.-E.U. and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association. Moxie may collect personal information from users of the Website. Moxie may collect the information, such as your name, phone number, job title, company name, and email address, directly from you through a transaction, form submission, request for more information about our services or communication you conduct through the Website. Moxie may also use automated technologies on the Website, such as cookies, log files, and web beacons, to collect non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your IP address, the type of browser you use and your browsing patterns.

We tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information. Web beacons collect the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the web beacon comes from, and the time it was viewed

Moxie will retain personal information we receive in the course of providing services to our customers for as long as needed to provide services to the customers. Moxie will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
