Blond is a seasoned executive who brings a wealth of experience in software sales and sales management to his new role with nGenera.

Blond most recently served as an Area Director at BMC Software (NASD:BMC), the recognized leader in Business Service Management. Prior to BMC, Brian was a Regional Director at BladeLogic (NASD: BLOG), which was acquired by BMC. During his tenure at BladeLogic, Brian was instrumental in building the team that helped make BladeLogic one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies of the past decade, culminating in a successful IPO in 2007.
Blond has also held sales and leadership positions at Oracle, 170 Systems, and Inktomi.
