2018 CODiE Awards: Moxie Concierge® named Best Customer Service Solution!

We’re proud to announce that Moxie Concierge has been awarded Best Customer Service Solution in this year’s SIIA CODiE Awards!

It’s a tremendous honor to receive such a prestigious award from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry. The CODiE Awards are the industry’s only peer-reviewed awards program.

Moxie Concierge was judged based on:

  • Functionality of key attributes
  • Ease of implementation
  • Integration with other data sources

  • Reporting and analysis of data
  • Level of support offered
  • Visual aesthetics
  • Overall performance (speed, security, scalability, and reliability)

After the expert review, Moxie Concierge passed through to the finalist stage. Then, SIIA members voted on the remaining finalists in each category. The expert review and member votes were combined into a final score, with Moxie Concierge achieving the highest score out of all the contenders!
