Available Today: goMoxie Mobile Native SDK 2.2

We are happy to announce that the goMoxie Mobile Native SDK 2.2 is now available for both iOS and Android platforms.

New capabilities include:

Native On-Demand Knowledge – goMoxie customers can engage with mobile visitors using on-demand knowledge. This means visitors are able to search and read articles related to their browsing experience, enabling businesses to keep their visitors engaged with knowledge within the context of their mobile app.

Native On-Demand Email – Similar to on-demand knowledge, native email enables visitors to send emails directly from the mobile app without being taken out of the app to other email clients. Native email is designed to provide the same look and feel as the chat and knowledge engagements for a consistent experience.

iOS SDK API – goMoxie customers now have the option to leverage the underlying iOS SDK API to write their own custom chat clients or use goMoxie’s out-of-the-box, supported chat client. This capability is available on both iOS and Android.


The Native SDK is now available via goMoxie Support Portal.
