Additional Note on goMoxie’s GDPR Compliance

Under GDPR, users can request access to their personal data, requesting all information that your company has gathered, including data via third parties, such as chat transcripts via goMoxie Suite. They can also request corrections be made on that information. If a visitor objects any data collection, you can easily generate guidance for the opt-in process at crucial times in the online purchasing journey before any data collection has occurred.

If a customer or visitor requests the deletion of their data from your records, goMoxie will comply with your request to remove data that is stored on goMoxie’s systems.
