Q2 2010 fueled by market demand, new customer wins, and powerful products
Mountain View, CA. – August 2 , 2010 —nGenera (Moxie Software), the only provider of end-to-end social software solutions that manage and accelerate collaboration among employees and between enterprises and their customers, today announced that it posted a 50% year-over-year increase in revenues for the quarter ending June 30, 2010. Revenues in Q2 2010 were 15% higher than Q1 2010 and were 20% higher than any quarter in the company’s history.
“Our significant increase in bookings demonstrates heightened market demand for employee and customer engagement solutions as well as the acceptance of our recent CIM 9 and Spaces by nGenera™ product releases,” said nGenera CEO Tom Kelly. “We forecast continued growth as 2010 is the year that forward-thinking companies will look toward social software solutions to optimize their core business processes—designing, building, selling, and supporting products and services.”

The second quarter was fueled by nGenera’s June 15 release of Spaces by nGenera™. Designed in collaboration with IDEO, the global design and innovation firm, Spaces by nGenera™ is the first enterprise-class social business solution that can be easily customized to integrate into organizations’ cultures, workflows, internal structures, and data sources. Built from the point of view of the user and usability, Spaces achieves widespread employee adoption quickly while providing the back-end security and scalability needed for successful intra- and inter-enterprise collaboration.
The company’s record second quarter was also propelled by the March 31, 2010 release of nGen CIM 9, nGenera’s customer engagement solution suite. Already the broadest customer engagement suite on the market, the new release added the nGen Community and nGen Social Media channels to the Suite, enhancing its existing core channels: nGen Knowledgebase, nGen Email, and nGen Chat. CIM 9 united all essential components to deliver multi-channel experiences and optimized the Suite for collaboration—both for content creation and to jointly work with customers to improve products, services, and experiences.
